Our vision is quite simple: we want to create a culinary space where there are no limits to flavor, where everyone can enjoy an authentic and exciting dining experience, without worrying about gluten.

With this idea in mind, we embarked on the adventure of serving food that was more than just gluten-free; we want our dish to be irresistibly delicious, bursting with flavor and freshness in every bite. “The coffee shop is amazing! Leo the owner/barista is very knowledgeable and kind, he was more than willing to explain the coffee differences between commercial coffee and specialty coffee. The coffee is amazing as well! A must visit if you are in the area, it is open to the public not just the clinic staff. If you are in the area give it a visit, the atmosphere is great!”
